Overview

Responsibilities
* Support the Director of Science in strategic leadership and the ongoing development of the Science department.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements in curriculum design, teaching and learning, and student outcomes.
* Continue to practise as an effective classroom teacher.
* Coach and mentor staff, embedding consistent practice and fostering a culture of high expectations and aspiration.
