GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Level 2 TA to work in welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Market Rasen. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a desire to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Role Overview:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff to provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience.
Role Responsibilities:
* Assist the teacher in delivering planned learning activities.
* Support children’s academic and emotional development.
* Promote positive behaviour and help maintain classroom routines.
* Provide individualised support for pupils with specific needs.
* Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to school life.
Requirements for Level 2 Teaching Assistant:
* Hold a recognised Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
* Experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring, reliable, and proactive attitude.
* Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
