Job Description


We’re looking for an Ignite Relationship Manager to help grow, strengthen, and champion our relationships across the UK mortgage market. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our digital transformation agenda; supporting brokers, networks, and intermediaries as they adopt and maximise our market‑leading Ignite platform.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, driving value for customers, and influencing how our product evolves. If you enjoy building meaningful partnerships, shaping customer success, and working in a fast‑moving fintech environment, this role could be for you.

What you'll be doing:

* Managing and growing a portfolio of broker and intermediary relationships
* Promoting Ignite to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and commercial expansion
* Leading customer success planning and conducting regular business reviews
* Driving customer adoption by embedding Ignite into operational workflows
* Gathering structured customer insight to influence product roadmap decisions
* Supporting onboarding, migration, and change‑management activities across customer teams
* Delivering or coordinating training to ensure users are confident and effective
* Monitoring mortgage‑market and regulatory trends to provide insight for customers and internal teams

Who we're looking for:

* Strong understanding of UK mortgage‑market processes, broker workflows, and regulatory considerations
* Experience managing commercial customer relationships in a competitive B2B environment
* Proven ability to meet revenue, retention, and account‑growth targets
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and financial data
* Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills across in‑person and virtual settings
* Ability to translate customer insight into meaningful action and recommendations
* Experience with SaaS, mortgage‑technology, or digital‑workflow solutions (ideal but not essential)
* Commercial acumen and confidence in contract discussions and closing opportunities
