We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Production Administrator to support the smooth running of our production operations. The role involves coordinating production documentation, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the production team
* Prepare and issue job cards, work orders, and production documentation
* Maintain accurate production records and update internal systems
* Track job progress and ensure schedules are adhered to
* Liaise with production, quality, purchasing, and management teams
* Assist with planning and scheduling of work orders
* Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and standards
* Support stock control and materials tracking where required
* Handle incoming queries and provide updates on production status
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and general office duties
