We are seeking a passionate and skilled Business Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to teach KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A level).
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum for Key Stage 3–5.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners.
* Support students in achieving their academic goals, including preparation for exams.
* Maintain a positive and organised classroom environment.
Personal Requirements:
* Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in students' learning.
* Relevant teaching qualification and experience.
