Your Career Journey with Rentokil
Responsibilities
Your first year will be spent as a Pest Control Technician, gaining hands-on experience in a specific area. You'll be the expert on the ground, solving problems and building relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include:
* Inspecting customer properties and identifying pest risks.
* Resolving pest issues and removing evidence of infestations.
* Providing expert advice on pest prevention and hygiene.
* Delivering exceptional customer service on every visit.
Role
After 12–36 months, you'll have the chance to choose your future path. We will support you in transitioning into roles such as:
* Sales Surveyor
* Field Biologist
* Service Team Leader
* Key Account Manager
Requirements
* A minimum 2:2 degree in a science, social science, business management, hospitality, or tourism subject.
* A full UK driving licence.
* A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
* Flexibility to support business needs.
