This role includes supporting classes with mixed age groups across KS1 and KS2 and varied needs and abilities. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND, both in and outside of the classroom. Assist with creating and delivering tailored learning plans that suit the needs of individual students. Help manage and adapt the learning environment to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all students. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to implement effective strategies for progress. Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in SEND students. Role Requirements Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is essential. Previous experience working with SEN Students would be desirable. Team Teach trained would also be desirable. Previous experience working in Educational is essential. A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
