Rate of Pay: £13.91 - £18.00 per hour Summary: To provide administrative services to the Fostering and Adoption Join Panel, and the Fostering, Adoption and Connected Persons teams. Including inputting payments, communications with internal and external agencies, attending confidential and sensitive meetings and responsibility for the meticulous recording of panel proceedings. To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high level of business support across all three teams. Responsibilities: To provide a high level of administrative support to the Fostering and Adoption Joint Panel Responsible for recording very precise and accurate, detailed often highly complex confidential minutes. To set up and maintain Panel records as directed by the Panel Advisor To maintain a database of client information from the start of the panel process until the final outcome. To be responsible for the co-ordination of all practical aspects of each Panel, including room booking, car parking arrangements, organising refreshments, preparing and clearing the room, drawing up the Panel timetable for Panel each year. Essential Requirements: Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with document management systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently Demonstrated minute-taking experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience handling confidential documents, including uploading to case management systems and maintaining accurate records Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate and prepare paperwork for meetings or panels, ensuring timely distribution Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
