M&E Technician – Energy Centre
Shift pattern: 12 hour days and nights
Aylesbury Dairy – HP22 5WJ
The shifts is 28 day shift pattern, guaranteed 2 weekends off a month, 7 day shifts, 7 nights and 14 days off – similar to a Panama shift.

We have an exciting M&E Technician opportunity to join our Aylesbury engineering team. This would be joining an established engineering team within a well invested fast- paced production site.
How would you make an impact
8. Maintaining services across the site in line with our Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and provide corrective maintenance in case of site equipment failure and breakdown across the following; Industrial steam boiler, waste heat boiler, waste water treatment plant, refrigeration plant, DAF plant, hot & cold water systems, heat exchangers, cooling tower, HVAC maintenance.
9. Conduct equipment and plant condition appraisals and work alongside the OEM's when services are carried out
10. Challenge current processes and practices to identify new opportunities to improve operation and efficiency
11. Awareness of relevant QEHS compliance within the role such as Legionella, fire safety, PSSR, LOTO.
12. Authorise permits and ensure the work is being carried out in a safe and controlled manner.

13. The ideal candidate would hold a Level 3 NVQ or recognised engineering qualification, with experience in reactive and planned preventative maintenance and working within regulated environment.
14. A positive and resilient approach to problem solving, team working, and continuous improvement
15. CHP or waste water experience preferred but not essential
