A Senior Food and Beverage Attendant job is available with the City of Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department at Rockwood Golf course. This individual will be responsible for supervising the daily food and beverage operations, including a staff of 6-10 part time personnel, ensure all opening/closing procedures as well as health rules/regulations are being adhered to and daily cleanliness of the public seating area, food prep areas and clubhouse restrooms. This candidate must possess exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School diploma/GED
* One (1) year of food and beverage preparation experience.
* Valid Driver's License
* Food Handler and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Certification (TABC)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Restaurant and/or catering experience
* Supervisory experience
* Food preparation experience
The Senior Food and Beverage Attendant job responsibilities include:
* Weekly/Monthly inventory of all food and beverage items
* Train all staff in proper food preparation and maintaining consistent food quality
* Weekly ordering of all food and beverage items
* Meet with potential tournament directors in preparation of the tournament meals/beverages
* Prepare weekly work schedules for all food and beverage personnel
* Assist with the Food & Beverage annual budget process and provides input to the Head Golf Professional
* Familiar with computers and point of sale system
* Performs other related duties as required.
