The role of Social Value Manager will include:
1. Lead the delivery of the Group’s social value strategy, securing supplier commitments and ensuring accountability for outcomes
2. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support community initiatives which achieve social impact
3. Develop systems to track and report social value contributions, working with procurement and finance to protect income for charitable purposes
4. Analyse and present data to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
5. Promote the impact of our investment in communities through effective and influential communications
Skills and experiences:
6. Proven experience in social value delivery, including tender support, bid writing and partnership development
7. Strong strategic thinking and project leadership skills
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities
9. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for social impact
10. Understanding of the challenges faced by people living in social housing
11. Familiarity with social value frameworks and reporting standards
12. Strong analytical, writing, and reporting skills
13. Confidence working autonomously and collaboratively across functions
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Project)
15. Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to social value

28. £44,192 per annum (rising to £46,517 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
