Are you looking to develop your skill‑set and join one of the fastest growing dental groups in the UK? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Receptionist to join our amazing team at our mixed NHS and private practice in Daventry.
Working Hours
This is a full‑time opportunity with rotating working patterns:
Week 1 – Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30, Friday 08:00 – 16:30.
Week 2 – Monday to Wednesday 08:30 – 17:30, Thursday non‑working day, Friday 08:00 – 16:30, Saturday 08:00 – 17:30.
Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to provide high‑quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction, delivering excellent service and contributing to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability in line with GDC guidelines and practice policies. You will also establish and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the dental team.
Requirements
 * Outstanding customer service skills
 * Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
 * Excellent telephone manner
 * Ability to use and operate a computer‑based system
 * Knowledge of working with systems would be advantageous
 * Willingness to learn and progress
 * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
 * Excellent attention to detail and use of initiative
 * A well‑presented and motivated individual who enjoys working independently and within a great team
