We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Mirasol Family Health Center in Hermiston, OR

Position Details

Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
EMR system is EPIC
Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Highlights

Base compensation $132k - $144k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
$15k Hiring Bonus
$20k Relocation Allowance
Housing/Auto Stipend $1500 (for 1 year if living in clinical site area)
$25K annual geographical pay differential
Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
$50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
