The College is seeking to appoint a Receptionist to provide an efficient and professional level of customer service with regards to all reception duties.
The post will include providing a service across all receptions. The successful candidate will be required to always provide excellent levels of customer service. The College operates a switchboard system which all receptionists are required to use. Reception duties also include enrolling students onto courses, cash handling, dealing with student and third party/visitor queries and general administrative tasks.
We are recruiting for two part time Receptionist's (14 hours per week and 12 hours per week) Working hours will be Tuesday - Friday between 8:30AM - 4:30PM
This is a term time only role.
(Pro rata salary for fractional posts)
Please note, this role involves travel to all of our College's sites.
