A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced AC & Refrigeration Engineer to join their mobile engineering team based around the Sunderland area. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with great hours and excellent earning potential. The Role
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and refrigeration systems Fault find, repair and install equipment including compressors, chillers and controls Complete preventative maintenance inspections and corrective work Support general building services tasks (HVAC, mechanical, fabric) Work to strict Health & Safety procedures and site standards
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in AC/refrigeration or HVAC maintenance Strong background in PPM, reactive and technical fault finding Experience working on commercial sites Competent following RAMS and H&S procedures
Qualifications
City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) or CITB J11 equivalent Plus one of the following:
NVQ/C&G level 2/3 in Commercial Refrigeration & AC NVQ/C&G in Heating & Ventilation NVQ/C&G in Heating & Ventilation Service & Maintenance
