Client Relationship Manager\n\nLocation: Manchester, City Centre\n\nSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE.\n\nHours & contract basis: Full-time, permanent, (Apply online only) Monday-Friday\n \n Hawk3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one a rapidly growing independent financial advisory business in the heart of Manchester. Due to internal promotion and growth, they are looking to hire a client relationship manager to join the team whilst launching a new business. This person will be the first point of call for new enquiries, so you need to be someone who is confident building relationships, have a passion for customer service and the journey of the customer.
This is not another admin or coordination role — it’s your chance to become a key player in shaping customer experiences, strengthening client loyalty, and making a real difference in people’s financial journeys.\n\nThe role:\n\nYou will be the face of the firm for new and existing clients\nManaging inbound enquiries of approx. 100 per week by making outbound introduction calls to discuss their requirements and the services the business offers to see if this is aligned\nBooking in qualified follow up meetings with advisors\nWhen a client is being onboarded you will be responsible for regular check ins to ensure the service is of standard and see if they need any additional assistance\nWork closely with internal team\nSuggesting improvements — your voice and ideas will be genuinely valued\nWhile previous experience in financial services is a bonus, it’s not essential.
