We are seeking an experienced and motivated team leader to join our manufacturing team, specialising in the production of freestanding display units (FSDUs). You'll play a key role in leading a team of production operatives, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The role will include working a night shift, 10pm-6am.

As part of their role, the successful candidate will be expected to:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and deliver outstanding results
* Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for FSDUs, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage
* Monitor workflow, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to meet tight deadlines and customer requirements
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Work collaboratively with other departments
* Maintain accurate records of production, performance, and inventory
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment
Essential skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment, ideally with FSDUs or similar display solutions
* Strong understanding of KPIs, target setting, and quality assurance
* Good standard of computer literacy, with good organisational and communication skills
