Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse in a UK Nursing Home
We are currently seeking a highly skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers in a UK nursing home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well‑being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing direct care and support to residents, which includes administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary
* Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident
* Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents
* Following all policies and procedures to provide person‑centered care
* Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required
* Managing emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift
Key Requirements:
* NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* A compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs
