£1851- £2000 per month PAYE – (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Salford. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a positive and inclusive school environment.
Working closely with class teachers, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create engaging learning experiences and encouraging every child to achieve their full potential. You will build positive relationships with pupils, promote confidence and independence, and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Requirements
The ideal Teaching Assistant will:
Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEND, ASC, ADHD, or SEMH needs
Be patient, adaptable, and nurturing in their approach
Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Be passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential
Be able to work effectively as part of a school team
