About the Role As a Commercial Junior Associate in the Technology & Outsourcing team, you'll be part of a high-performing, cohesive national group working on some of the largest and most complex deals in the market. The Leeds team is led by six Partners and offers excellent prospects for career development, secondments, and cross-border work. Your responsibilities will include: Advising on a broad range of commercial matters across multiple sectors including: Retail & consumer Financial services Advanced manufacturing Technology Healthcare Working on technology transformation projects and digital initiatives Handling cloud and SaaS arrangements Managing IT outsourcing transactions Advising on business process outsourcing Supporting facilities management outsourcing projects Drafting and negotiating IT licences and commercial contracts Managing your own workload with strong project management skills Building deep client relationships with private and public sector organisations Taking on additional responsibility and advancing your career Mentoring junior team members Contributing to complex, regulated technology, data, and transformation advice This role offers the opportunity to work on high-calibre matters for FTSE 100 and equivalent clients, handling some of the largest digital transformation projects in the market.
