In the Outsourcing team within the Accounting and Financial Reporting department, you will support the Outsourcing Senior Finance Lead and deliver premium client service processing for a range of multinational clients across technology and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter purchase ledger invoices, employee expenses and vendor accounts.
* Reconcile vendor accounts, execute purchase payments and perform bank reconciliations.
* Process accounting records including cash book, purchase ledger, sales ledger and nominal ledger.
* Arrange bank payments, transfers and manage client receipt banking.
* Liaise with third parties on behalf of clients (e.g. insurance companies, banks).
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 2 years’ experience in an accounting or AP ledger role.
* AAT qualification is desirable.
* Good standard of education with GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to liaise at all levels.
* Working knowledge of Excel.
* Self‑motivated, organised and able to plan own time to meet targets and deadlines.
* Client‑focused attitude and ability to resolve matters promptly and professionally.
