We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Private Client team in Southampton or Chichester, working alongside Naomi Neville, Head of Lifetime and Estate Planning on the South Coast and National Market Lead for Business Wealth. You’ll be joining a highly respected team, ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth, delivering exceptional client service across the region.
Our team is busy and engaged, with a strong pipeline of high-quality work, giving you the opportunity to step straight into a varied and rewarding caseload from day one.

As we continue to grow, you’ll benefit from significant support across the firm to help you further develop your practice and play a key role in the expansion of our private client offering on the South Coast.
About You
1. Strong experience advising on complex and high-value matters, including wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
2. Ideally STEP qualified or working towards qualification.
3. Skilled in lifetime IHT planning and taxation of trusts and estates.
4. Strong financial discipline and ability to collaborate with other teams and external professionals.
5. Enthusiastic about business development and building strong client and referrer relationships.
6. A team player with a passion for growth and innovation.
