Housing Concierge
Earn £12.60 ph or Salary £24,638 pa [pro rata] and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
2 x Permanent Full-time (37.5 hpw), working 3 nights a week on a rota basis including weekend working.
1 x Permanent part-time (33.5 hpw), working 1 night and 2 weekend days a week on a rota basis

Typical shift
1. Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas
2. Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning
3. The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren’t around to help!
4. Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly
5. Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour

Job details
10. Although you’ll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings
11. Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
12. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
