Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
. You will lead a team of Chefs, engaging in all aspects of team management, including: Recruitment Training Development Retention Additionally, you will be accountable for: Stock takes Rosters Timesheets Health & safety compliance Food safety compliance Forming a close working relationship with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team will be key to providing an all-around service. This role is part of the Buffets department, and you may also support other kitchen teams as needed. About You

: You should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As with any chef role at this level, you will also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
