With an annual salary of £54,300, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth. The role is supernumerary working Monday to Friday circa 8am-4.30pm 40 hours per week. You will have some shared on call responsibility, and work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain a Good CQC rating.

The Clinical Lead / Deputy Nurse Manager will: Lead and supervise clinical and care teams, upholding the values of the care home.
Provide leadership and support for staff, including on-call duties as needed.
Research, devise, and deliver training modules to enhance care delivery.
Support the Home Manager with resident assessments and liaise with stakeholders.
