Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE + benefits

Role:
* Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
* Deliver clear and accurate monthly management reporting and insightful commentary.
* Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
Experience required:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
* Background in SME, project-based environments such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
* Strong business partnering experience, working closely with operational teams to drive performance.
* Proven financial modelling skills to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
