We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Care and Support Manager to join our Care and Support Team. The main purpose of this role is to assist the Care and Support manager in delivering person centred support and care services that meet health and social care standards, SSSC code of practice and best practice principles. In addition, the role entails leading and managing the House Coordinators/Managers.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position where you’ll be guiding others to provide safe, respectful, and enriching support to adults with learning disabilities. You’ll play a vital role in meeting regulatory standards—but more importantly, in helping maintain thesupportive, person-led environment that defines the heart of our community.
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be wokring 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm.
