🧭 Role Overview
We are hiring an EV Charging Operations / Project Manager to build and scale our home charger installation operations across Europe.
You will be responsible for managing installer networks, driving project delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant installations.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a network of certified electricians (freelance & installation partners)
* Manage end-to-end installation process (survey → planning → installation → commissioning) Ensure compliance with local electrical standards Monitor contractor performance (quality, SLA, cost)
* Improve installation efficiency and customer experience
🎯 Requirements
* 3+ years experience in EV charging, energy, field service, or technical project management Experience managing contractors / installer networks
* Basic understanding of electrical systems (singlephase / three-phase)
* Strong execution and problem-solving skills
👉 Electrical background, certifications, or hands-on installation experience is a strong plus
