As a Business Customer Manager, you’ll oversee our B2B in-store proposition, creating an engaging experience for our business customers and helping meet their technology needs. You will coach your team to nurture existing relationships with local business owners and develop new ones. Your enthusiasm for technology and customer service will inspire your team to go above and beyond in every interaction.
Role overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Coaching colleagues to inspire our business customers to select the best products for their needs, regardless of how they shop with us.
2. Building a strong network with local businesses, establishing new relationships, and growing existing accounts.
3. Leading and engaging a team, understanding their strengths and development areas, supporting personal growth, and encouraging career progression.
4. Motivating colleagues to prioritize customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profit targets.
This role is ideal for someone eager to grow with our fast-moving business, finding innovative ways to help local businesses utilize our technology products and services. You will focus on enhancing B2B performance and building a sustainable future, driven by pride and a desire for store success.
You will need:
* Management experience with a hands-on approach.
* A background in retail or B2B environments (or both).
* Proven coaching skills and a passion for developing team confidence and capabilities.
* A track record of identifying commercial opportunities to meet KPIs.
* Confidence working within a team, being approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers.
