Role: Local Business Development Manager
Location: Audi Maidstone
Hours: 45 Hours with Some Weekends Depending on the Business
Salary £25, with OTE up to £50, Uncapped plus Company Car

The Role
As the Local Business Development Manager for Audi Maidstone, you will be expected to create and manage sales opportunities via outbound activity and regular database management to ensure you are able to reach your activity and sales goals whilst also demonstrating a customer first attitude. Your target market will be SME businesses within the Kent area that are in need of a fleet solution that can work for their business's procurement motivations whether this be BIK, Co2, Whole Life Cost, Monetary Budgets, or something else.
This is a predominantly field-based role however you will be required to work from our Audi Maidstone dealership. Within this role experience of selling automotive solutions to businesses would be desirable. As would the ability to communicate with customers in a conversational manner to gain a full understanding of their needs, prior to offering a relevant solution. You will very much be part of a team of business sales professionals and will be supported by both the site Head of Business and the Fleet Sales Manager to help achieve your goals and aspirations, with regular training and support offered by both Audi and Marshall Motor Group.
This role would suit you if-
1. You have the ability to self-motivate as you will be organising and structuring your own diary and workload for each day.
2. You are a professional individual with the skills to communicate with people from varying business sectors and backgrounds in order to best understand your customer’s needs and describe how your solution can work for them.
3. Enjoy target and time driven deadlines, whether set by yourself, your direct management team or Jaguar and Land Rover as a Franchise.
4. You are happy to travel and able to be methodical and time efficient when planning your routes.
5. Be comfortable and confident using all elements of Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with Internal systems.
