Our client, a national business based in the Southampton / Eastleigharea, is now looking to recruit a mature, experienced FULL TIME Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor to join their team!!
This role involves working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, 40 HOURS PER WEEK
THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE PROCESSING AND PROGRESSING OF TRADE ORDERS FROM THE SALES TEAM, LIAISING WITH WHOLESALERS & TRADE CUSTOMERS VIA PHONE AND E-MAIL, AND CO-ORDINATING WITH THE LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSETEAMS TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data & Order Processing:
* Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Troubleshoot order discrepancies and escalate where necessary.
2. Customer, Supplier, and Sales Interaction:
