About the Role:
We are seeking a General Cover Teacher for a flexible teaching opportunity in Redcar. If you are an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher, we want to hear from you! This role involves providing cover across various subjects and year groups, ensuring that students continue their learning without interruption.
What You'll Do:
* Teach Across Subjects: Deliver lessons for multiple subjects based on pre-prepared materials.
* Classroom Management: Ensure students are engaged, motivated, and following classroom rules.
* Provide Feedback: Offer feedback to students on their work, helping them progress.
* Support School Teams: Work alongside school staff to ensure lessons run smoothly and students remain on track.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent qualification.
* Experience: While teaching experience is desirable, it’s not essential.
* Strong Classroom Management: Ability to maintain discipline and engage students.
* Adaptability: Comfortable teaching across different subjects and age groups.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with students and staff alike.
