Its a varied, hands-on role you will design and deliver engaging and inclusive learning solutions as well as lead on the ongoing development of our learning management system and co-ordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.Were looking for someone withProven experience in learning design and delivery for a diverse audienceThe ability to break down complex information and ideas and make them accessibleExperience carrying out training needs analysisExperience in working with and maintaining a learning management systemExperience of establishing impact or return on investment of learning initiativesWere a social business, based in Hoddesdon and across southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes.
