The Pre-Sales and Solution Design Manager will play a key role in defining product strategies and providing technical support to sales teams. This position requires a technically proficient and solutions-driven professional who can collaborate across multiple teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand and define their technical requirements.

Manage and oversee design phases to align with customer needs.

Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.

Work closely with Software Development, Delivery, and Content Production teams to ensure seamless integration, cost analysis, and after-sales support.

Support the sales team in creating cost-effective and well-designed proposals aligned with customer requirements.

Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and internal strategies.

Maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
*
Design, test, and implement new AV and digital solutions.
*
Provide remote and onsite support for installations.
*
Develop technical documentation and manuals.
Essential Skills and Experience
*
Minimum of 5 years of experience with an AV System Integrator.
*
Strong expertise in digital and interactive AV hardware and software.
*
Solid understanding of infrastructure and networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
*
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
*
Experience in small-scale audio design and commissioning.
*
Ability to create technical proposals, diagrams, and presentations.
*
Strong problem-solving skills for addressing client issues and implementing effective solutions.
Desirable Skills
*
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*
Experience coordinating design and development across multiple teams.
*
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, Excel (intermediate level), or SolidWorks.

Ability to develop comprehensive technical documentation.
