This is a client-facing role, responsible for leading other team members as well as managing wider consultant teams and project stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for: Directing end‑to‑end project delivery, managing programme, quality, cost and milestones. Overseeing client, consultant and stakeholder coordination to achieve project objectives. Providing strategic direction, aligning delivery with business and programme goals. Maintaining robust governance, reporting, risk, quality and commercial controls. Driving collaboration, innovation, digital, C2P and sustainability commitments. Managing and developing high‑performing teams, supporting talent growth and best practice. Building senior‑level relationships, influencing strategy and securing successful outcomes. You’ll need to have: Proven NEC project management experience delivering on‑site projects, ideally healthcare. Strong commercial, financial and risk‑management capability with solid PM methodology knowledge. Experienced in stakeholder coordination, public‑sector delivery and leading workstreams. Chartered membership (or equivalent) with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts.
