Role Overview As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a central role within the Services organisation, working closely with the Chief Services Officer and wider Services leadership team to help drive operational effectiveness, reporting, coordination and business performance. This is a hybrid role combining executive support responsibilities with operational and analytical work in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Alongside managing key leadership coordination activities, you will also work with operational data, reporting and business insights to help leaders understand performance, identify trends and support decision-making across the organisation. You will sit at the centre of the Services function, helping ensure strong operational rhythm across leadership meetings, planning cycles, reporting cadences and strategic initiatives. Over time, the role will evolve to include broader ownership across operational analysis, reporting, process improvement and business operations projects. Responsibilities Analyse and compile operational and business performance data across the Services organisation, supporting visibility into KPIs, utilisation, forecasting, delivery performance and operational trends. Prepare high-quality reporting, presentations and business insights for leadership, board and executive-level discussions. Gather and interpret data from multiple systems and stakeholders to support operational planning and decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, operational processes, ways of working and cross-functional coordination. Coordinate key operational cadences including leadership meetings, business reviews, QBRs and strategic planning sessions. Act as a central point of coordination across the Services leadership team, ensuring alignment on priorities, actions and follow-ups. Own and manage executive support responsibilities for the Chief Services Officer, including diary management, meeting coordination, approvals and stakeholder communication. Support internal events, leadership offsites and in-person sessions, including travel coordination and logistics. Support communication across the Services organisation, helping ensure consistency, clarity and alignment across teams. Contribute to operational initiatives and cross-functional projects as the role evolves over time. What are we looking for? Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, Business Operations, PMO or operational coordination role within a fast-paced environment. Proven experience supporting a senior leader or executive, including complex diary management, scheduling, travel coordination, meeting logistics, approvals and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience working in a SaaS, technology or complex services business, with exposure to operational metrics. Comfortable working with data, reporting and business insights, with the ability to spot trends, identify gaps and support data-driven decision-making. Experience gathering information from multiple systems and stakeholders to prepare reports, presentations or operational updates for senior leaders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organisation. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership, curiosity and follow-through.
