A M Norris Limited are one of the largest Plumbing & Heating Contractors in the Midlands. Our main line of work being installations for National house builders. We also install for smaller local contractors and private customers.
We are currently recruiting for a Commissioning & Customer Care Administrator ( Maternity Cover ) to join our team based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
Main Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of commissioning engineers to carry out the commissioning process in newbuild properties. This will involve liaising with Plumbers, Site teams and the engineers themselves. Also, to deal with customer care issues received from the house builders. Booking appointments with customers, ordering materials, problem solving and liaising with house builders customer care teams on a daily basis.

* Excellent time management and flexibility
* Good geographical knowledge of the local area and up to a 50-mile radius
