About the role
We assist HNW individuals in navigating UK & US tax changes, complexity in & US tax efficient structures and mitigating risk by offering deep tax expertise. Our diverse clientele includes, entrepreneurs, family businesses, family offices and senior executives.
Specializing in the Alternative Investment Fund sector, our Private Client team advises wealthy individuals on their businesses and wealth structures. Collaborating within PwC's Private Client and AIF networks, we provide a holistic, end-to-end service.
We value curiosity and collaboration, encouraging team members to share knowledge and ideas to innovate and deliver top-tier service, helping clients adapt to the evolving tax landscape.
What your days will look like:
1. Lead recruitment for a senior Director role focused on high net worth and private equity clients.
2. Cultivate new business opportunities and client relationships alongside senior Private Client leaders.
3. Oversee a diverse portfolio and advise on complex tax matters, staying current with legislation.
4. Mentor team members, deliver client sessions, and collaborate across teams to ensure project success.
This role is for you if
5. Deliver complex tax planning and advisory projects, often involving international issues, trusts, and transactions.
6. Conduct technical research and draft tailored reports based on legislation and client-specific needs.
7. Lead client relationships by managing deliverables, resolving queries, and acting as a trusted advisor.
8. Review personal and trust tax returns, identifying potential planning opportunities.
9. Mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams to share expertise and manage workstreams.
10. Build internal networks and work with wider financial and corporate tax teams to support business growth.
