About the role Reporting to the Lead PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects related to Motia across Fuel and Fleet products. Duties & Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, project plans, risks, and dependencies Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions across multiple teams Track project progress, proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and change requests Work across functions, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations Manage third-party vendors ensuring business requirements are understood and delivered Work with PMO Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and quality Ensure governance, assurance, and delivery standards are followed Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies Any other duties as may be reasonably required Requirements Proven experience in both project management and business analysis roles Recognised qualification in Project Management: Prince2, APM, PMP certification required Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Experience using BA techniques such as process mapping, user stories, use cases, and gap analysis Ability to communicate to all levels of the business from end users to Senior Leadership Team Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise according to business needs Provide guidance to Project Managers alongside the Lead PMO driving project excellence Experience in using Project Tools such as MSP, Visio, Microsoft Excel or similar Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between sites Benefits Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 DOE Hybrid Working - 3 days onsite, 2 days from home Parking - Free parking on site Training - dedicated training and development budget 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
