Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious and highly respected interior design business in their search for a Procurement Co‑ordinator to join their collaborative team based just outside Bath.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a creative, fast‑paced environment, supporting the delivery of high‑end residential projects across the UK and internationally.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, working closely with designers, suppliers, and clients to manage the end‑to‑end procurement process.
DAY TO DAY:
* Creating and managing FF&E budgets across multiple projects
* Overseeing procurement from quotation through to invoicing
* Raising purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
* Sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships
* Developing and maintaining procurement and project schedules
* Acting as a key point of contact for client communications
* Coordinating installations with contractors and logistics teams
* Providing financial updates and reporting to senior leadership
* Identifying cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements
* Managing project close‑outs, including snagging and reconciliations
* Maintaining and updating supplier databases
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
* Proven experience in procurement (ideally within interiors or a creative environment)
* Highly proficient in Excel
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative and hands‑on approach
* A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar
