Talent Acquisition & Engagement Executive - Hiring for Leeds and Nottingham

We are looking for ambitious, driven, and tenacious individuals to join our growing team in Leeds. The Role: What you'll be doing
* Build and lead a complete 360 desk: identify new business opportunities globally, pitch and win clients, negotiate terms, and fulfil recruitment needs
* Establish yourself as a market expert by building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Enhance your personal brand through content, networking, and presence across our platforms
* Implement a strategic approach to business development using both candidate-led and client-led techniques
Requirements: What we are looking for
* 2 years of experience and a proven track record in a 360 recruitment role
* Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow accounts
* Highly motivated and financially driven
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – confident in managing senior stakeholder relationships
* Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to lead and grow
* A strong desire to progress within a high-performance environment
