Responsibilities
* Lead a team in a fast-paced environment with clear metrics for success.
* Oversee volume recruitment across the UK in the Shared Services Hub, driving candidate sourcing, attraction, screening, and presentation of top-tier talent.
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, Operations Teams, and People team to address evolving business needs and build a robust talent pipeline.
* Foster a culture of continuous talent development and growth within the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment with clear metrics for success.
* Progressive recruitment experience with a focus on hourly paid positions.
* Proficiency in conducting effective interviews and identifying top talent.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
* Time management skills and a keen sense of urgency.
* A collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively within team environments.
