Senior Conveyancer (Residential Property)
Location: Leeds / Birstall / Brighouse (flexible base)

A well-regarded Yorkshire law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer to join its established Residential Property team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who can handle a busy caseload confidently and is looking for a long-term role with a supportive team and a flexible office base.
The role
You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish, covering a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
1. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
2. Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
3. New-build matters (if experienced)
4. Regular liaison with clients, agents and lenders to keep transactions progressing smoothly
Depending on experience, there may also be scope to support/mentor junior team members and help maintain service standards across the team.

5. An experienced Senior Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or highly experienced Fee Earner)
6. Proven ability to run files independently with strong technical competence
7. Excellent client care and communication skills
8. A practical, organised approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
9. Team-focused attitude (and happy to support others when needed)
