Enquiry Response Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Administration Services team as an Enquiry Response Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering excellent customer service and accurate information to a wide range of stakeholders. You will manage and respond to enquiries efficiently across multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Location: Harpurhey campus, North Manchester
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* English Level 2 or above.
* Maths Level 2 or above.
* Practical and technical knowledge needed.
* Ability to train and develop new members of staff.
* Wide knowledge of Customer Service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office OneNote.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Empathy and caring towards the demands of the enquirer.
