A leading global travel retail business is undergoing a major digital transformation — and we’re looking for an immediate‑impact eCommerce specialist to help drive the rollout of a new online retail platform.

What you’ll be doing:
* Own key retailer partnerships and drive online commercial performance
* Optimise merchandising, UI and UX to boost conversion
* Work with offline teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience
* Manage third‑party fulfilment + contact centre service levels
* Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements
* Monitor performance, spot risks, and drive continuous improvement
* Turn data into insights that shape commercial decisions and customer experience
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years in eCommerce or junior account management
* Fashion, luxury or digital retail experience a strong plus
* Strong partner management and commercial acumen
* Analytical mindset with a passion for traffic, conversion & retention
* Confident, proactive, adaptable, great communicator
