Job Description
3. Provide support to the Finance Department by managing daily accounting tasks
4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and produce monthly reports
5. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
6. Participate in financial audits and coordinate internal controls
7. Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
8. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures
9. Prepare VAT returns and reconcile balance sheet accounts
10. Assist with other accounting projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
12. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP)
13. Knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
14. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills
16. Strong ethics, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
