The Opportunity This programme has been designed to develop future sales talent through a combination of practical experience, technical training, mentoring, and customer-facing responsibility. You'll spend time learning different areas of the business, including sales, operations, engineering, and depot functions, developing a strong understanding of MGF's products, services, and customers. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll learn how to: Build and develop long-term customer relationships Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions Identify and develop new business opportunities Manage projects and key accounts within your region Work with technical teams to deliver the right solutions for customers Use CRM systems to manage activity and support commercial growth Analyse customer needs and market opportunities to drive business performance As your experience grows, you'll take increasing ownership of customer accounts and projects, developing into a confident sales professional with genuine career progression opportunities. About You We're looking for graduates who are commercially minded, motivated, and eager to learn. You'll likely have: A degree in any discipline (Civil Engineering or Construction-related subjects are advantageous but NOT essential) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence, curiosity and a consultative approach A proactive and self-motivated attitude Good problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to build trust and credibility with customers Ambition to develop a long-term career in sales and business development Previous sales experience is not required.
