As a Project Administrative Assistant based in our Middlesbrough office or on-site in the Teesside area, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. From managing project documentation and correspondence to coordinating logistics and assisting with finance tracking, your contribution will be essential to keeping everything on track. You'll work closely with the Project Team and collaborate with various departments to ensure project success. This is a full-time, permanent position at the heart of our project site activities. Join the force behind nothing too heavy, nothing too high Your job in a nutshell: Assist in project document control: receive, log, and save files correctly. Manage project-related correspondence including emails, letters, and memos. Support the project team in planning, organising, and coordinating activities. Maintain and update project documentation, plans, and schedules. Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates. Book and track third-party equipment (plant, materials, etc.). Assist with finance and resource management: budgets, expenses, invoices, POs. Support on-boarding of new project team members with HR input Coordinate logistical needs: truck time slots, inductions, etc. About You We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for organisation and coordination. You're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to take ownership of administrative tasks that keep the project running smoothly.
