We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Real Estate Legal Administrator to join a friendly team in Shrewsbury. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing outstanding administrative support within the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-standard administrative support to partners, solicitors, and consultants, including document processing and correspondence management.
* Handle various administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
* Manage email and telephone inquiries, directing them appropriately.
* Oversee fee earner diaries and manage scheduling.
* Assist with opening and closing files as required by the team.
* Collaborate with internal teams on projects, including marketing events.
Qualifications:
* Proven administrative experience, preferably within a law firm.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
