Job Title: RF Network EngineerWe are partnering with a dynamic organization at the forefront of technology solutions in the RF Space, who have exciting opportunity for a RF Network Engineer to join their team.Why Join?- Opportunities for career progression into multiple areas including systems engineering, R&D, and management.- Exciting projects including work with mining companies and emerging vehicle technology maintenance divisions.- Collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.We are seeking a talented Engineer to assist with:- Monitoring and supporting stadium systems across the UK.- Collaborating with the systems engineering team on design and implementation projects- Conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) for system deployments.- Providing training and technical support to operators and clients.- Traveling to customer sites for commissioning and support, with occasional international travel (typically once every other month)We are looking who has:- Basic RF knowledge, including one or more of power dBm, spectrum analyser operation, signal generator use, and understanding of cabling and antenna types.- Exceptional customer service skills, adept at handling challenging situations.- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.It would be great if you also had:- Rigging experience- IT/Networking skills, including IP addressing and router setups- Active SC ClearancePackage:- Basic Salary: Starting at £40,000 with flexibility for the right candidate.- Daily allowance for travel expenses, including accommodation and meals.- Performance-based bonus- Pool vehicle for business use or fuel usage covered (whichever you prefer)- On-call allowance (1 in 3 rotation - circa £1,000+ extra per annum)- Annual leave starting at 23 days, increasing to 25 with service.- Other additional benefits such as medical schemes and pension contributions.If you are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment, we want to hear from you!Please note this role requires you to have been the UK for more than 5 year to be eligible.
